ILA Communication Trainer
Deliver engaging induction and process training sessions for new hires.
✅ Design and update training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
✅ Assess trainee performance through evaluations, quizzes, and practical assessments.
✅ Identify learning gaps and conduct refresher training sessions.
✅ Coach and mentor employees to improve product knowledge, communication, and customer service skills.
✅ Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
✅ Monitor training effectiveness and prepare training reports and performance insights.
✅ Foster a positive learning environment that encourages employee growth and development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
✔ Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.
✔ Experience in training, learning & development, or a call center environment is preferred.
✔ Ability to engage diverse audiences and deliver interactive training sessions.
✔ Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
